Shipping + Returns


All online purchases will be posted within 2-3 working days. All orders within Australia will be posted using Australia Post Parcels and can take up to 8-10 working days. A tracking number will be emailed when your order has been sent.

We ship internationally via Australia Post. Postage will be calculated at the checkout. 

Please Note: 

We do not send invoices with any arwoken purchase. A receipt of purchase will be sent to your email address when an order is placed successfully.

For all international orders, it is the customers responsibility to pay any overseas custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may occur when receiving your arwoken product. 


If you have an issue with your Arwoken crystals, please email us at within 14 working days and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We understand that errors sometimes occur, but please note that we pack all our orders with due diligence and care.

Postage for all returns and exchanges are to be paid for by the customer (unless the product is deemed faulty). Please note that we do not exchange products for a change of mind. We advise you to use a tracking postal service as we cannot be held responsible for any postal mishaps.
